Dana White said he has mono and other things. Quote: "He has other problems too," continued White, fielding a question about his diagnosis of mononucleosis. "He is not good. He is very, very sick and he's going to be out for a while."
White went on to state that the UFC would be doing everything in its power to help Lesnar. "I am worried about it," said White of his biggest star's medical situation. "You know, I can't really talk about it right now, but he's in rough shape. He's in really bad shape … and we're going to have to do some stuff to take care of this guy. He is not well and he's not getting any better. "We're going to have to send him to the Mayo Clinic or to Scripps, or one of those really good hospitals to figure out what's wrong with this guy." |

Any way you look at it the Heavyweight Division is fucked. it's fucked in the short term. nog having staphe that may be in his blood stream is really fucked. luckly they have a lot of up and comers in the HW division and if brock can't fight again, they can move fighters like cain, carwin, dos santos, mir, kongo, gonzaga, nog, kimbo, nelson, rothwell, TUF10 to rebuild. losing brock is bad for short term for sure though. equivalent of a stone cold neck injury and what that did for the wwe. short term it sucked, but they moved hhh into a more prominent role. |

Nog having staph sucks but I really don't think the UFC is counting on Nog for any long term plans because of the mileage hes put on himself over the years. Losing Brock would suck for them but remember the UFC hype machine can turn a can into the #1 p4p all time in the eyes of uneducated fans. |
